Jane is fantastic! I am not a runner but wanted to do a half-marathon before turning 50 and thanks to Jane I did it. Jane is hugely motivational and she gave me great top-tips on all areas of running from my style to what to eat leading up to my race as well as a comprehensive training plan.

I loved her positive yet practical approach and her ability to listen to my “excuses” for not training but then make me realise that that is what they were, “excuses”. Thanks Jane
