Run Club at Southfield Park Primary School, Epsom
For the past year I have been running an after school Run Club at Southfield Park Primary School in Epsom. The club has been hugely popular and has been attended by children from ages 8 to 11.
Each week a fantastic bunch of kids of all abilities turn up and give it there all no matter what the weather. The emphasis is on each child getting a great workout for them in a safe fun environment. It has been wonderful to see the progress that each child has made both in terms of fitness and confidence week on week.
