One to One 12 week Coaching Programme
A 12 week one to one coaching programme in which I will help you achieve your running goals, whether that is just getting started with running, running your first 5K or running a half or full marathon. I can help you achieve your running goals, actually ENJOY the process and start RUNNING your life – all you need to do is say YES.
The programme includes 12 weekly sessions (which will include a mix of in-person and virtual sessions depending on your needs, availability and location), a running plan designed specifically to meet your needs plus email and text support.
